OYO State African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate, Senator Olufemi Lanlehin, has promised butchers displaced by the state government of their immediate return to Bodija market once he assumes the reins of power from 29 May 2019. Lanlehin, who gave this assurance at the weekend, while campaigning at plank market at Bodija market, as part of his campaign tour of Ibadan North Local Government Area, similarly assured sellers in the popular market of comprehensive government support to ensure their businesses thrive. “Once we get elected, we shall return butchers to this market. On Lanlehin’s train was former Oyo State deputy governor, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja, Honourable Wale Adegoke, Chief Lowo Obisesan, Chief Oluseye Opatoki and Honourable Gbenga Olayemi. Also in attendance was former Oyo State deputy speaker, Honourable Babatunde Olaniyan (Akoro), Lasun Adebunmi, Basiru Lawal, Ladi Oluokun, and many other party chieftains.
